GOXGO: Your Taxi in a Few Clicks
GOXGO is a free service that lets you request or book a taxi in Naples, Italy. After a simple registration process, you can use the service at any time without any limitations. You can easily make a request or book a ride by choosing from a range of options. Thanks to geolocation, the system detects your position and, if you confirm the address, it sends you the nearest taxi and a notification with the car's details and estimated arrival time within seconds. You can track the taxi's approach to your location until it arrives. You can also pay for your ride with a credit card and rate the service after the ride. You can save your preferred addresses to speed up your requests, and there's a dedicated call center available 24/7 for any assistance you might need. Currently, the service is available only in Naples and provided by over 600 taxis from the Taxi Napoli 8888 fleet, the largest in southern Italy.
Please note that the booking service only guarantees that your request is inserted into the ride management system. The ride itself will only be confirmed a few minutes before the scheduled time and will have absolute priority over all other requests being managed at that time. However, the assignment of the ride will be subject to the availability of the taxis in service, with no guarantee of success.
